Goettl Air Conditioning Completes Its Acquisition Of Walton’s Heating And Air Company

Goettl Air conditioning, a leading heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Tucson, has announced the acquisition of another HVAC company, Walton’s Heating and Air. The announcement follows over two years of talks between Goettl and the South California-based Heating and Air Company. However, details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition will allow Goettl to expand its services beyond Las Vegas, Tucson, and Phoenix into the lucrative California market. According to Todd Longbrake, the owner of Walton’s, the acquisition will also benefit his company, as it will now have the financial muscles needed to expand its operation to other markets. The company could have taken much longer to achieve such growth. He said that although he had tried his best to grow the family business, the opportunity provided by Goettl best suited the firm. According to Longbrake, Goettl first made contact with the company in 2015. Goettl’s owner, Ken Goodrich, had expressed his interest to acquire the company. However, Todd turned down the offer. However, Longbrake embarked on a research on the personal and career life of Ken Goodrich. Moreover, he sought for more information about his company. After gathering adequate information about Ken, Todd could not turn down the second offer when Goodrich returned with another deal in the same year. Since 2015, Longbrake’s company has been able to grow ten-fold. After completion of the acquisition, Todd would join Goettl as the sales manager and field supervisor. They provide such support by giving a flow of monetary and moral support to organizations on the local level that aides communities in Arizona.

Some of the more specific topics of concern include displaced immigrants out in the desert who need resources, racial profiling, DACA and DREAMers, the need for immigrants to get a GEDs and the need for moral support.

American Civil Liberties Union

The ACLU is a non partisan, non-profit organization that centers around the rights of all people. In a way, the ACLU leans more toward the liberal end of the spectrum, believing that everyone—including women and minorities, deserve a fair shot. Jim and Larin also believe that LGBTQ people are within their right to live as LGBTQ people.

The ACLU takes up a liberal stance that is accepting of anyone who is exercising their constitutional rights and/or having their rights trampled on. Many other organizations that claim to be “liberal” or take on more “liberal” causes many times have clear cut partisan biases against certain groups and agendas.

However, the ACLU will stand behind any group in order to protect civil rights. The ACLU launched this petition because it believes that Trump’s proposals and policies to deport immigrants and ban people from Middle Eastern countries are unconstitutional.

Norman Pattiz Announces Crucial Results on the Importance of Podcast Advertising to Business

As a broadcasting mogul with humble beginnings, Norman Pattiz graced multiple news headlines following the release of results on the side effects of podcast advertising to marketing. Assisted by Tom Webster, the assistant head cheerleader of the agency that conducted the research, Edison Research, Pattiz stated his belief in podcast advertising. The campaign research was based on five of the most needed and consumed brands in the market.

The first-ever research study on pre as post- campaign for brand lift podcast advertising was facilitated in 2016. It indicated the significance of advertising through podcast not only on brands but also on the intention of a consumer’s purchasing power. The study also suggested the effects of specific messaging on brand advertising.

The results of the campaign research indicated the following points that must be noted:

Approximately over 60% of the listeners were inclined towards the benefits of a brand from a grocery store. The number of consumers rose from 7%.

  • A product in the financial services market marked increased consumer preference by 47%.
  • An automobile product garnered 37% increase in consumer preference after the campaign
  • A lawn, as well as a garden product, garnered 24% in consumer preference
  • Before the campaign research, 18% of the audience had a preference for a particular automobile market. The number rose by one-third of the audience. These consumers had a favorable opinion of the product.
  • The post study indicated a favorable preference for a lawn gardening product from 22% of the audience. This was an increase from the post study that had 16%.
  • The last section of the research study was conducted on a dining restaurant that garnered the highest number of consumers at 76%.

To be assured of the exact effects of podcast advertising on buyer’s intent to purchase,Edison Research facilitated the studies in three separate segments.

On behalf of Norman’s company PodcastOne, Edison Research used five national brands. While some of the brands had a stellar reputation, some brands needed to be worked on in terms of marketing.
